Since 2011, AlphaSense’s AI-based technology has helped professionals make smarter business decisions by delivering insights from an extensive universe of public and private content, from company filings and event transcripts to trade journals and equity research. Without a robust talent acquisition partner to identify experienced SaaS sales professionals, however, the company was struggling to meet its aggressive worldwide growth targets ahead of a planned IPO.

We worked directly with AlphaSense’s global head of talent to develop a complete understanding of the company’s culture and values as well as its specific staffing needs.
Within two weeks, our embedded team had already begun to work on filling open positions in the U.K.— which quickly expanded into discussing a move toward global support.
After proactively sourcing candidates, our engagement teams oversaw the complete recruitment life cycle, including a six-stage interview process and full offer management.
We partnered with AlphaSense to create a global referral program that kept the talent pipeline filled and ensured a consistent experience to prevent candidates from falling through the cracks.
